There has been a lot of speculation in the press and on social media about Monday 12th July becoming a public holiday or there being a later start to the school day. All the schools in the Bordesley Multi Academy Trust (Trinity High School, Birchensale Middle School & Holyoakes Field First School) will open as usual, at the normal time on Monday 12th July. This decision has been made in the best interests of children’s education, having missed so much school already over the last two academic years.
If the Government make a formal announcement that contradicts this statement, we will be in contact with all our parents as soon as possible.
