All of our pupils have a FREE Office 365 account for use in their learning at Birchensale Middle School. Students can access their accounts online through https://portal.office.com; this provides them with access to online versions of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Students also have 1TB of cloud storage through OneDrive for transferring files between school and home.
As well as working online, children can download FREE copies of 365 apps such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint to devices for free. To do so please follow this link : https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/education/products/office#FAQS and enter the pupils school email address and password.
Logging In
Children can login to their account via https://portal.office.com.

Their passwords are the same as they use to login to the computers in school.

If you are having difficulties logging in or accessing emails our IT services company are providing a student helpdesk.
In the event of a closure LourdesIT will be supporting your child to remotely connect to their school.
It is important that you follow any instructions given by the school to access remote learning – if you need any help you can log you issue with us.
