If you have an immediate concern over the safety and welfare of a child there are a number of actions you can take:

  • Phone 999– you will be put through to the Police where you can report the nature of your concern.
  • Refer to Children’s Social Care – Family Front Door.

The Family Front Door, Initial Contact and Referral Team is the central point for all referrals for children and young people aged 0 to 18 years and living in Worcestershire where there is safeguarding or child protection concerns for them.
