At Birchensale we use ParentPay – an online method to pay for items in school such as dinner money, trips and locker keys.
Already have a ParentPay account?
If you already have a ParentPay account, you can simply login and add your child/ren via the ‘Add a Child’ tab on your home page. You will need your Birchensale activation username and password to do this.
If you have two or more children at a ParentPay school, you only need to activate one account to create your ‘main account’. Then add your child/ren via the ‘Add a child’ tab on your home page.
New to ParentPay?
You will need to activate your secure online account using a unique Birchensale activation username and password. You will then be prompted to change your username and password.

Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away.
